2.1 SpeedPulse is an events and event merchandise discovery and affiliate marketing platform.
We:
list or promote third-party events (for example: concerts, festivals, conferences, exhibitions and similar activities); and
promote third-party event-related merchandise (for example: clothing, accessories, digital products or memorabilia linked to those events),
and then link you to external ticket providers, online shops, booking platforms or event organisers (“Third-Party Providers”).
2.2 We do not organise or host events, and we do not sell tickets or merchandise directly. When you click on links on SpeedPulse and purchase tickets or products, you are entering into a contract with the relevant Third-Party Provider, not with SpeedPulse.
2.3 SpeedPulse may earn a commission, referral fee or other benefit if you make a purchase via links on our Service. This does not affect the price you pay to the Third-Party Provider and will be disclosed where required by law and advertising regulation.
2.4 We are not responsible for and have no control over:
event organisation, quality, safety, security or overall experience;
ticket availability, pricing, seating, access conditions or entry policies;
the design, quality, safety, authenticity or suitability of any merchandise;
order processing, payment collection, delivery, returns or refunds;
customer service provided by Third-Party Providers.
Any questions, complaints, or claims regarding your booking or your order (including cancellations, delays, non-delivery, defects or refunds) must be directed to the relevant Third-Party Provider. - Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any part of the Service that requires registration.
3.2 When you create an account, you agree to:
provide accurate, current and complete information;
keep your login details confidential;
be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if we reasonably believe that:

4.1 Event and merchandise information shown on SpeedPulse (including names, descriptions, dates, times, locations, images, pricing, availability and promotional messages) is usually supplied by Third-Party Providers or obtained from publicly available sources.
4.2 We use reasonable efforts to present accurate information, but we do not guarantee that any information on the Service is complete, accurate or up to date. Events, line-ups, venues, times, ticket tiers and merchandise availability may change at short notice.
4.3 You are responsible for:
checking the final details on the Third-Party Provider’s website before making any booking or purchase; and
reviewing all terms, conditions, policies and instructions provided by the Third-Party Provider.
4.4 We may update, remove or correct content on the Service at any time, without obligation to notify you. - Third-Party Links and Affiliate Relationships
5.1 The Service contains links, banners, buttons or tracking codes which redirect you to Third-Party Provider websites or apps. These may be affiliate links, meaning we may receive a commission if you make a qualifying purchase.
5.2 Third-Party Provider websites, apps, products and services are not under our control. We are not responsible for:
their content, security, terms and conditions or privacy practices;
their use of your personal data;
the performance or availability of their websites or services.
5.3 Your interaction with any Third-Party Provider (including any contract for tickets or merchandise) is solely between you and that Third-Party Provider. You use those websites and services at your own risk. - Your Use of SpeedPulse
6.1 You agree to use the Service only:
for lawful purposes; and
in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws in England and Wales (and any other jurisdiction from which you access the Service).
6.2 You must not:
a) Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law, regulation or code of practice.
b) Use the Service to send or facilitate unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or “spam”.
c) Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, our servers, or any connected systems or networks.
d) Introduce or upload viruses, malware, trojans, worms, logic bombs or any other harmful or disruptive code.
e) Use automated tools, robots, spiders, scrapers or similar technologies to access, extract, index or otherwise obtain data from the Service without our prior written consent.
f) Copy, reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
g) Misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or organisation.
6.3 We reserve the right to monitor, restrict or block access to the Service (including specific IP addresses or accounts) where we reasonably believe that these Terms are being breached or our systems are at risk. - User Content (Reviews, Comments, Posts)
7.1 The Service may allow you to submit or publish content such as reviews, ratings, comments, photos, links or other materials (“User Content”).
7.2 You remain the owner of your User Content, but by submitting it you grant SpeedPulse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display and perform your User Content in connection with operating, promoting and improving the Service (in any media now known or later developed).
7.3 You confirm that:
You have all rights and permissions necessary to submit the User Content;
Your User Content is accurate (where it states facts) and genuinely held (where it states opinions);
Your User Content is lawful and does not infringe any copyright, trade mark, confidential information, privacy, data protection or other rights of any person;
Your User Content is not defamatory, misleading, obscene, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent or otherwise objectionable.
7.4 You must not submit any User Content that:
contains advertising or promotional material for third-party products or services (other than SpeedPulse’s own affiliate links or as explicitly permitted);
includes personal data about another individual without their consent (except where anonymised or as permitted by law);
breaches any court order or legal obligation.
7.5 We may, at our sole discretion, remove, edit or disable access to any User Content without notice if we believe it breaches these Terms or applicable law, or for any other reasonable business reason. - Intellectual Property
8.1 The SpeedPulse name, logo, branding, design, layout, underlying code and all content on the Service (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.
8.3 You must not:
copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, transmit, publish, display, sell, license or create derivative works based on any part of the Service;
remove or alter any copyright or trade mark notices;
use any of our trade marks, names or logos without our prior written consent. - Privacy and Cookies
9.1 We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, as set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free;
any defects will be corrected;
the Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components;
content on the Service (including event and merchandise information) is accurate, complete or current.
10.3 SpeedPulse does not guarantee that any event you attend or merchandise you purchase after using the Service will meet your expectations or be free from issues such as cancellation, postponement, reduced line-up, venue changes, stock shortages, production faults or delivery delays. - Limitation of Liability
11.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.
11.2 Subject to clause 11.1, we shall not be liable for any:
loss of profits, sales, business or revenue;
business interruption;
loss of anticipated savings;
loss of or damage to data;
loss of goodwill or reputation; or
any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage.
11.3 Subject to clauses 11.1 and 11.2, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or these Terms (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) shall be limited to the greater of:
the total amount (if any) you have paid directly to SpeedPulse in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or

12.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpeedPulse, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
your use of the Service;
your breach of these Terms;
your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or
any User Content you submit. - Changes to the Service and to These Terms
13.1 We may update or modify the Service (or any part of it) at any time, including by adding, removing or changing features, without obligation to notify you in advance.
13.2 We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top.
13.3 Your continued use of the Service after any changes to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service. - Suspension and Termination

16.2 Our failure or delay in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy.
